My Final Image

This is the kitchen that I have chosen to use in my final image. I chose this kitchen as it looks ultra modern and has no visible cooking units like a cooker. This is the look I want as in this modern futuristic kitchen there would be no cooking. The back shelves with picture frames on also add to the image suggesting that this room is no longer for cooking in but can be used just like any other room.

For this first stage I imported shelves from a pharmacy into the kitchen I had chosen.
I then added these shelves across the whole of the kitchen cupboard fronts.
In my original image there was a cake where the red circle is. As I could not have food in my image I edited it out using the clone tool, as well as painting in different colours in areas where needed.
My final stage was to add my human figure sat at a kitchen table. I selected this from the image below which I took of myself.

I took the image below in my living room where there was the best lighting. Then using the magic wand tool  I selected the figure and feathered the edges before I imported it into my final image.

This is my final image

This is my final image, it is in response to the cyborg project that I was set. I have taken a dystopian view point as I believe that the advancements in technology may have gone to far. The image includes pharmacy shelves as a pill based diet would mean our kitchens would turn into pharmacies, storing the pills you need to eat in a day, a year, a month. I believe that just taking pills as nourishment would leave have a negative effect on people and remove the enjoyment of food, therefore the figure within the image does not look happy but more beaten by the realty that one pill a day is all you need to consume.
